1. Who We Are

DRVFlow is a US-operating business providing done-for-you outbound pipeline services for B2B service business founders.

DRVFlow is the business responsible for personal data collected through this website and our services.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at privacy@drvflow.com.

2. Data We Collect About You

When you book a call via Calendly, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you provide in the booking form. This is necessary to arrange and conduct the call.

When you browse this website, Google Analytics collects information about your visit including pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country/region), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

When you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our service: business details, ICP criteria, and contact information for the purpose of campaign management.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Prospect Data: Our Outbound Service

As part of the services we provide to clients, we source and process B2B contact data (names, business email addresses, job titles, and company information) from publicly available professional sources, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B data providers, enriched and verified via Hunter, LeadMagic and MillionVerifier. We collect only the business contact data needed for outreach; we do not collect personal phone numbers, home addresses, or non-business social profiles.

Email compliance (CAN-SPAM): Commercial email we send to US recipients complies with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email identifies the sender, uses an accurate subject line, includes a valid physical postal address, and provides a clear way to opt out.

We honor opt-out requests promptly, well inside the 10-business-day rule, and keep opted-out addresses on a permanent suppression list.

If you have received a cold email through a DRVFlow campaign and would like to be removed from that campaign's list, you can reply to the email with "unsubscribe" or contact us at privacy@drvflow.com. We will remove you promptly and add you to a permanent suppression list.

5. Cookies and Tracking
